I’m currently working with a well-established legal firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy team of senior professionals in their Birmingham office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong working relationships, and managing multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
• Complex diary and meeting coordination
• Travel and event management
• Supporting client communications and business development activities
• Assisting with billing, reporting, and financial administration
• Preparing documentation, correspondence, and presentations
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Managing workflows and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently
The successful candidate will ideally have:
• Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
• Experience within the legal sector or a similar corporate environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach
