Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
You will lead the development and execution of a multi-year vision and roadmap to deliver RICS’ digital, tech, and AI strategy. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring our products and services meet the evolving needs of members and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a roadmap for digital, tech, and AI initiatives.
* Manage the Tech Partner Programme, including onboarding, due diligence, and maintaining brand equity.
* Enhance member experience by improving digital engagement with tech partners.
* Organise events, webinars, and networking opportunities for partners and sponsors.
* Drive discovery and development of standards validation services, tech procurement solutions, and tech-enabled standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to launch and improve products.
* Conduct customer research and market analysis to inform product development.
* Manage product performance reporting and stakeholder engagement.
* Ensure products deliver financial and impact targets while meeting customer expectations.
About You
We’re looking for a dynamic and innovative professional with a passion for technology and product development. You will bring:
* Experience in managing and launching products in a B2B environment.
* Skills in customer research and engagement, including quantitative and qualitative methods.
* Expertise in project management within digital or tech settings.
* Exceptional communication skills to inspire and influence stakeholders.
* Analytical ability to assess product performance and financial metrics.
* Knowledge and enthusiasm for digital innovation and emerging technologies.
