What You'll Be Doing
From day one, you'll gain real responsibility:
Sourcing and interviewing candidates for education roles
Matching talent with primary, secondary and SEND schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands
Supporting experienced consultants in developing school partnerships
Working towards clear targets with uncapped commissionAs you develop, you'll manage your own schools, negotiate contracts and earn commission on every placement you make.
