The role will be to ensure that high standards and high customer satisfaction are delivered at all times. The Hospitality Supervisor is the one to take charge in ensuring that operations are run smoothly within the home and that the residents are comfortable and happy. This means ensuring that all areas of the home are kept clean, the food is delicious and enjoyable, and that the team members are accommodating and helpful at all times.
