As a IT Service Desk Manager, your responsibilities will include… * Act as the primary contact for client technical issues & escalations * Conduct Service Reviews, identify areas for improvement & implement new processes * Own/execute the Service Delivery Plan and Identify and mitigate risks * Evaluate, test, and roll out new technologies/services across the client base * Manage client expectations to ensure consistent service delivery * Lead, mentor, and support the team whilst tracking KPIs performance metrics We are looking for a IT Service Desk Manager with the following skills and experience… * Ideally two years’ experience as a IT Service Desk Manager or similar role * Experience working for an MSP or IT Service Business is preferred * Management & leadership experience with advanced IT skills * Experience using a ticketing system and managing ticket flow, prioritisation and SLA’s * IT Certifications such as MCP, MCSA or MCSE, ITIL, ITSM, Prince2 advantageous * Full UK Driving License with access to a vehicle In return, the successful IT Service Desk Manager will receive a salary of £40,000 to £45,000, plus the following benefits… * Progression and development opportunities * Birthday leave * Referral vouchers * Flexible benefits package Does this sound like the perfect IT Service Desk Manager position for you?
