Select OH is looking for an experienced OH Manager to join our client in Oxford on a full-time permanent basis.

Our client is offering an outstanding opportunity for a Nurse Manager to join a proactive and dynamic team committed to improving employee Occupational Health and Wellbeing.


Specific Duties

1. Day-to-day management of the OHA team.
2. Travel to all sites as required to support staff.
3. Maintain Supervisory Records for all OHAs.
4. Undertake interviews, inductions, training, and appraisals for all OHAs.
5. Attend tender, client review, and implementation meetings as required.
6. Undertake duty clinical manager duties as per the rota.
7. Undertake on-call duties as required.
8. Maintain competency matrix for all OHAs and fulfill NMC requirements.
9. Assist Chief Nursing Officer and Associate Directors in organising OHA training and audit days.
10. Attend internal team leader meetings.
11. Provide professional occupational health advice for all clients.
12. Undertake clinical activities as necessary, including health surveillance, vaccinations, and phlebotomy.
13. Provide advice on health and safety issues, rehabilitation, health promotion, and education to employers, employees, line managers, and HR.
14. Ensure familiarity with client contract requirements and monitor standards of advice provided.
15. Develop and maintain relationships with client contracts to ensure high standards of service.
16. Identify, influence, and implement improvements to the occupational health service, including extending product offerings.
17. Ensure clinical activities meet service level agreements.
18. Participate in clinical audit days, departmental meetings, and supervision.
19. Liaise with administrators and team leaders regarding client and patient queries.
20. Take responsibility for clinical areas as assigned by the Chief Nursing Officer.

Salary: circa £55k + £5k Car Allowance + £1k starting bonus + £1k after one year.
