The
role:
Our Swim Club therapists deliver professional treatments to guests in an
environment of exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Senior House manager, you will need to have excellent communication skills as well as
previous experience within a treatment’s environment.

What your
days could look like:
* To deliver a range of beauty treatments to the
standards defined by the Senior Therapist, within the period specified. To
include, but not limited to;
* A range of massages
* A range of facials
* Any other treatments that are required
* Discuss the treatment list with guests, giving
professional advice where needed
* Ensure all customer feedback is passed on to the
Senior House manager
* Help to ensure a safe environment for both staff
and guests and adhere to the hotel’s health and safety policy and procedures
* To keep the treatment rooms clean and
tidy to the required standards at all times
* To ensure all the utensils and equipment
are sterilised after every treatment
* To manage the days bookings effectively
, to ensure that any changes are taken into account, in order to meet the ever
changing needs of our guests
Job skills
& requirements:
* NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy or an equivalent qualification
i.e BTEC or ITEC level 3
* Qualifications in holistic therapies would be
preferable but not essential
* Enthusiastic
* Excellent attention to detail
* Organised
* Efficient
* Discrete
* Reliable
* Ability to multi task
* Trustworthy
* Self motivated and able to work under own
initiative
* Excellent people skills
* Outstanding customer care skills
* Excellent communication skills
