About us
Retail Insights is Northern Europe’s leading retail forum. We are strengthening the retail ecosystem by building a platform for insights, inspiration, and networking, connecting more than 3,000 leaders yearly from more than 15 countries. Retail Insights is part of United Media which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary with business needs but will be mostly centered around:
* Building the most progressive learning and development opportunities for team members across levels of experience.
* Thinking progressively about how we can achieve ambitious company goals by equipping employees with the right tools.
* Developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing programs.
* Creating development programs that empower the team to continuously overdeliver and deliver 7-star experiences across business areas.
* Identifying and driving synergies across business functions.
* To dream big and pursue it relentlessly.
What we expect from you
We are looking for experienced business managers to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not required, but you need to be highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead our team. You must have a UK work permit.
Additionally, we are looking for candidates who:
* Have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what they do;
* Possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency;
* Take ownership of everything they do, are proactive and follow through on commitments;
* Are curious about people and love to speak, build and nurture relations;
* Are excellent communicators (especially verbally and in writing);

Flexible. We work Monday–Friday in our office next to Victoria Station and do not offer remote work.
