We are looking for an Assistant accountant The successful candidate will play a prominent role in assisting to produce accurate and timely management accounts and management information and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. The Role: Management accounts To assist in the preparation of timely and reliable management accounts on a monthly basis. Monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts and highlight variances to the Management Accountant. Preparation and posting of assigned general ledger journals. Assist with physical stock checks. Other Finance duties Assist in the completion of year end audit files as required. Aid in the completion of grant claims as required. Carry out ad hoc accounts duties. The Requirements: 5 GCSE's Grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent. IATI Qualified (or Equivalent) 3 years' experience in assisting with Management accounts. Demonstrate experience of all Microsoft packages including Excel skills.
