Telecoms Project Coordinator / Order Management Analyst – UK (Remote)
Contract position (24‑month rolling). Based in the UK and fully remote.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. Start date: ASAP.
Gross rate: £17.50 per hour, umbrella pay, inside IR35.
Security clearance: BPSS & SC level (eligibility & consent required).
Role: Project coordinator, order management, provisioning and change control in a global telecoms carrier.
Key Responsibilities
* Dedicate management of the order queue across all Data & Voice teams.
* Coordinating delivery teams to schedule orders & change requests.
* Scheduling resources to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
* Ensure partners receive confirmation of resources within SLAs.
* Raise customer orders on provisioning order management system.
* Progress orders through delivery process, utilising Vodafone, BT & Openreach workflow systems.
* Understand order management processes and deal with OLOs and external delivery teams.
* Manage order queue and generate work‑in‑progress reports.
* Communicate updates & progress reports with customers.
* Support delivery & completion of departmental quality assurance targets.
* Assist IP Data Provisioning Managers with resource & order planning.
* Provide administrative support to engineering teams for voice & data products.
* Coordinate prioritisation & management of critical issues.
* Provide service delivery management input for customer review meetings.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has experience in change management, order management, provisioning, enablement, administration, or service delivery project coordination within the tech/telecoms/carrier/ISP environment.
Key Skills & Attributes
* Office support & administration skills.
* Project coordination or sales support experience.
* Service delivery management; progressing orders through delivery process.
* Familiarity with Vodafone, BT, Openreach or other order management workflow systems.
* Experience dealing with OLOs and external delivery teams.
* Order management and analysis.
* Proactive communication and excellent documentation drafting.
* Stakeholder & customer relationship management.
* Computer literate: Microsoft Office (email, Word, Excel).
* Experience with database, reporting, CRM or workflow systems.
* Administration experience in IT, Technology, Telecoms, Internet or similar.
* Familiarity with Agile, ITIL or similar methodologies.
