Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sustainability Consultant with a focus on LEED to join a fantastic growing team in London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sustainability consulting, specifically within delivering LEED frameworks for projects. Candidates with 4 or more years of experience will be considered for a Senior Consultant position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage LEED certification projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to integrate sustainable design principles into projects.
- Provide expert advice on sustainability standards including BREEAM, Fitwel, SKA, and WELL.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and deliver sustainability strategies to clients, enhancing environmental performance and achieving certification goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sustainability consulting with a strong focus on LEED.
- Familiarity with other sustainability standards such as BREEAM, Fitwel, SKA, and WELL.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
