The role:
We have an excellent opportunity for a part time People and Culture Assistant to support the efficient day-to-day running of the People & Culture Department with our client.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in providing high-quality administrative support within a professional environment. Working closely with the People & Culture Director, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate staff records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating training and development activity, and assisting with leaver administration.
You will also help:
1. Ensure compliance across HR processes
2. Maintain the firms ‘Hub’
3. Respond to internal and external HR-related queries with professionalism, discretion, and excellent customer service.
The successful candidate:
Experience of working in HR, and/or a people/culture based role would be highly advantageous as would experience of working in the legal industry.
We are looking for a friendly, adaptable team player with strong organisational skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
