Liverpool / £70,000 per annum + £3000 Welcome Bonus / Perm
Time Recruitment is delighted to partner with an esteemed, award-winning care provider with a network of care homes across England. We are currently recruiting for the position of Home Manager at their luxury care home in Liverpool, offering nursing, residential, and dementia care. This purpose-built care home has 56 beds.

- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

- Performance related bonuses Home Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain the highest standards of care for all residents
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home
- Lead recruitment and retention efforts
- Uphold the company's ethos and values
Requirements for the Home Manager include:
- Experience of managing a care home providing nursing
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and the NMC Code of Practice
- Proven experience in person-centred care planning
- Experienced leader and mentor
- Experience in dementia care
- Passionate about delivering excellent care
