About the Role:
We are looking for a Grill Chef with experience in quality-led, fast-paced kitchens who can execute premium dishes with consistency, speed, and care. Youll be operating a key section of the kitchen and delivering food thats both craveable and crafted to perfection.
Responsibilities include:
Running the grill section during busy services
Cooking items exactly to spec, ensuring consistency in every dish
Maintaining high standards of speed without compromising quality
Keeping your section clean, organised, and food-safe at all times
Supporting with prep and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven grill experience in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen
A calm and focused approach under pressure
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
A genuine passion for elevated comfort food and precision cooking
