Job Description:
We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities!
This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and presents an exciting chance to join a rapidly expanding business over the next 24 months and beyond.
You will need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from both a financial and operational perspective.
* Partner the MD and CEO in establishing multiple new institutional funds
* Lead the structuring of these funds and select appropriate third-party service providers
* Implement a best-in-class finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
* Leverage technology to improve commercial and performance reporting capabilities
* Lead and develop an existing team, with plans to increase team size
* Manage external banking relationships and oversee funding requirements as the business expands
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
* Drive strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing, operational structuring, and building a team suited for growth

Essential Experience Needed:
* Proven experience as a Finance Director
* Fully qualified accountant with experience in real estate fund management
* Ideally, experience in institutional credit
* A passion for leading and developing teams
* Experience in establishing new fund structures
* Strong operational and strategic finance expertise – this is not a reporting-only role
* Enthusiasm for building a successful business
* Confidence balanced with humility
