The Role
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy through integrated campaigns and to handle the execution of various digital channels. Your primary role is to bring in qualified leads of food businesses interested in leasing commercial kitchen space. However, as the sole in-house marketer, you’ll also work on cross-functional projects - specifically with sales and operations. You’ll leverage agencies and AI tools to help with the end-to-end nature of the role.
The responsibilities and skills listed below means we’re looking at candidates with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
The Responsibilities
As the only marketer, you will:
Develop & Refine the Marketing Strategy
* Build upon existing marketing foundations, adopting a test-learn-iterate approach.
* Identify high-impact channels and allocate budget for optimal ROI.
* Set clear KPIs and use data tracking to measure performance, then pivot campaigns based on insights.
Own Campaign Execution
* Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end digital campaigns to generate qualified leads.
* Implement marketing automation workflows (lead nurturing, drip sequences) to guide prospects through the funnel.
* Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers: onboard, brief, review deliverables.
Be the Brand Guardian
* Ensure the Karma Kitchen brand is consistently represented across our sites, marketing collateral, and all comms.
* Create on-brand design assets for web, print, and social.
Leverage MarTech & AI Tools
* Evaluate, build, and manage our marketing technology stack.
* Integrate AI solutions to streamline content creation, channel optimisation and performance reporting.
Define Industry Positioning & Messaging
* Articulate Karma Kitchen’s unique value proposition and communicate this concisely internally & externally.
* Develop sales collateral, website copy, and thought-leadership content.
Budget Management & Forecasting
* Own the marketing budget: plan spend, track costs, and report on ROI.
* Produce regular forecasts and reports to ensure marketing metrics align with overall growth targets.
