What You’ll Do:
* Provide short-term or long-term classroom cover across a range of subjects and year groups
* Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students remain engaged and on track
* Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
* Adapt confidently to different school settings and teaching styles
* Support schools in maintaining learning continuity during staff absences
Role Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Strong classroom management skills
* Reliable, adaptable, and confident covering different subjects and key stages
* Flexible with availability and able to support both planned and short-notice cover
