We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our customer service and operations team.
This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our clients while maintaining accurate data entry and providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette.
* Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date client records.
* Handle outbound calling to follow up on client requests or concerns.
* Support sales initiatives by providing information about products and services to potential customers.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and streamline processes.
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support or call centre environments is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability in sales or client services roles is desirable.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
