Job Description:
Role Overview: The role is responsible for leading stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The goal is to ensure timely, successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This is a tactical role influencing the direction of operational plans based on business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on the business unit's overall results.
Responsibilities:
* Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and competition to deliver last mile delivery.
* Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners on contractual capabilities.
* Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to enhance efficiency and reduce delivery costs.
* Explore opportunities for increasing business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
* Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
* Design effective offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market needs.
* Provide support to sales/CFT for negotiations on special pricing, non-standard offerings, or expedited delivery to support complex bids and improve win rates.
* Finalize and renew vendor contracts for network maintenance and installation to ensure optimal operations.
* Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales, feasibility, cost, delivery, and post-sales support.
* Contribute to planning for jeopardy and contingency management to meet delivery timelines.
* Experience in telecommunications, especially managing Telco partners.
Desired Skill Sets:
* Understanding of global telecom networks and access technologies.
* Technical and commercial expertise.
* Experience in large project planning and execution.
* Regional knowledge of the access supply chain market.
* Understanding of the quote-to-cash process in telecom services, including pricing, SLAs, legal, and commercial terms.
