What You'll Be Doing in thisRaw Materials Compliance Controller Role
* Overseeing supplier approval systems and raw material documentation
* Performing comprehensive risk assessments covering food safety, allergens, integrity, and ethical standards
* Mapping supply chains and aligning material specs with finished product requirements
* Collaborating with NPD, QA and purchasing teams to meet evolving standards
* Leading traceability exercises and supporting both internal and external audits
* Acting as a key member of the HACCP and Integrity teams
* Driving improvements in quality and root cause analysis through complaint investigations
* Championing proactive internal audits and implementing actionable outcomes
What You’ll Bring to thisRaw Materials Compliance Controller Role
* A technical background in the food industry or relevant qualifications
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality management systems
* Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving ability
* Confidence in engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Exceptional attention to detail and task ownership
