Residential Conveyancer – Huddersfield
Salary: £45,000 per year
A well-established and thriving legal practice in the Huddersfield area is looking for a residential conveyancer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to manage their own caseload while contributing to a supportive and high-performing environment.
What the Role Involves:
* Handling a wide range of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
* Providing clear and accurate legal advice to clients.
* Preparing and reviewing key documentation such as contracts, Transfer Deeds, Declarations of Trust, and Statutory Declarations.
* Managing communication with all parties involved in transactions efficiently and professionally.
* Identifying risks and resolving issues or escalating as appropriate.
* Supervising, coaching, and supporting junior team members.
* Ensuring billing is accurate and work is completed on time.
* Knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022.
* Experience of working with corporate purchasers and new build transactions.
