We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the growing team at a lovely small animal veterinary in the Macclesfield area Cheshire.
* full time opportunity working 40 hours a week with NO WEEKENDS and NO OOH (part time hours also considered)
* practice is established, modern and well equipped including; 2 consulting rooms, operating theatre with digital radiography etc.
* community focused practice with growing loyal local clients and varied surgical and medical caseload.
* Ideally you will already have experience in practice and routine surgical and medical skills.
* you will also need to be confident to work some periods of sole charge
* join a lovely, friendly, dedicated team of 2 other Vets, 3 RVNs and 1 receptionist
* great opportunity to work alongside a certificate Holder in animal behaviour.
* CPD allowance and Certificates are funded and strongly encouraged
* well located close to beautiful country parks and forests on the doorstep and with excellent transport links, only a short train ride to enjoy the vibrant City of Manchester.
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* routine surgical and medical skills.
* able to work some periods of sole charge.

* Salary to £57,000.00 per annum FTE (subject to experience)
