Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role offers ample opportunities for career development for motivated individuals eager to grow professionally.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring they receive the best experience, aligned with our customer service measurement program.
* Drive and exceed sales targets using in-store devices, promoting our full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
* Maintain high visual and merchandising standards; ensure the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays are organized per brand guidelines.
* Support store operations by assisting across departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety protocols.
* Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and card payments.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
* Keep stock levels optimal on the shop floor and ensure shelves are appealing and organized.
* Address customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to meet store targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs
* Contribute to achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets.
* Meet KPIs such as Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT.
* Achieve upselling and cross-selling goals.
* Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
* Ensure all stock on the shop floor is replenished and well-presented.
Skills and Experience
* Positive attitude suited for a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
* Ability to view challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging with customers.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
