The role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be the trusted link between Procurement Hub and our customers – working with new and existing public sector clients to understand their procurement needs and connect them with the right solutions at the right time.
You’ll build strong, long‑term relationships, proactively identify opportunities, and help customers navigate the procurement landscape with confidence.
You will be required to visit our Preston office once a month.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and maintaining relationships with public sector clients, acting as their trusted procurement advisor
* Identifying customer procurement requirements and translating these into practical, compliant solutions using Procurement Hub frameworks and services
* Supporting both new and existing customers to get the best outcomes from our solutions
* Working closely with internal framework, marketing and operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Representing Procurement Hub at meetings, events and networking opportunities
* Helping to grow and retain accounts by delivering value, insight and outstanding service
What We’re Looking For
You don’t have to tick every box, but you’ll ideally bring:
* Experience in client relationship management, account management or business development
* An understanding of, or strong interest in, public sector procurement
* The ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders and communicate with confidence
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and strong commercial awareness
* The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating as part of a supportive team
Knowledge of public sector procurement frameworks or working with public sector organisations would be a real advantage.
