Job Description
3. Run RFQs/tenders from plan to award (supplier comms, evaluation, award records).
4. Source via collaborative frameworks and manage below‑threshold activity to procedure.
5. Support above‑threshold procurement (PA23/PCR2015) including key docs and notices.
6. Support contract management, KPI capture and benefits reporting (savings/social value).
7. Advise stakeholders and build strong supplier relationships.
The Successful Applicant
8. GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
9. CIPS Foundation (or equivalent) or commitment to work towards.
10. Procurement experience running RFQs/tenders and keeping accurate records.
11. Knowledge of public sector procurement and collaborative frameworks.
12. Experience in contract management and/or supplier negotiation, with evidence of delivering savings/benefits.
13. Strong IT skills (e‑tendering tools and Microsoft Office) plus clear communication and organisation.
14. Procurement experience running RFQs/tenders and keeping accurate records.
