We have been retained to recruit a Kitchen Manager for an independently owned, multi-faceted, multi-outlet leisure venue, that is open between 4 and 7 days a week (depending on the season) from 10am to 5pm, with occasional seasonal evening events.

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Kitchen Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of Kitchen Manager, gained in high volume, multi-faceted, fresh food led catering operations.
This is a new role that is being implemented into the business, and we are therefore looking for an ambitious Kitchen Manager, who will work closely with the F&B Operations Manager in the development of the overall food offer at the venue in the coming months.
