Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking an Assistant Service Manager in Brecon and Churchstoke to support our friendly Respite team. You will work alongside the Service Manager to ensure a safe and caring environment for the people we support and oversee day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in social care, a Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and a strong caring nature. Benefits include training opportunities, a pension scheme, and 25 days of annual leave increasing to 30 days after 5 years.
