Objective of role
Wandsworth and Richmond Councils have exciting opportunities within the Spatial Planning Service. We are recruiting for a Local Land Charges (LLC) Information Manager.
The LLC Information Manager will ensure the Councils maintain high-quality LLC registers, process LLC Search responses within agreed timeframes, implement process efficiencies to deliver a high-quality service to customers, and ensure Wandsworth Council meets its HM Land Registry Live Service requirements.
About the role
The LLC Information Manager will lead a team of Officers, processing official and personal searches, maintaining registers, reporting income and search data, and implementing efficiencies to meet statutory and legislative obligations.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
* Comprehensive knowledge of LLC services, legislation, and regulations.
* Experience leading a busy team, motivating staff to meet deadlines, generating income and reports, processing land charges, and handling queries.
