Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Aftermarket Project Management Team. The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, supporting internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders in a fast-paced technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support, including meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
* Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, and technical records.
* Coordinate logistics for travel, site visits, and supplier/customer meetings.
* Assist with aftermarket orders, service requests, and internal department liaison.
* Update databases, ERP systems, and prepare performance reports and dashboards.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven administrative experience, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments.
* Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and Microsoft 365 skills.
* Experience with project support, ERP systems, or aftermarket operations is desirable.
