Paragon Talent is working with a global manufacturer of freeze-dried fruit on a mission to transform healthy snacking across the UK & Ireland. We’re looking for a proven senior sales professional, someone with a hunter mentality, to make it happen.
Our client is embarking on an ambitious B2C growth journey to create a premium snacking platform, partnering with major grocers on private label innovation.
With a national listing secured with a major UK retailer, they’re seeking a UK & Ireland B2C Sales Manager to drive listings, open doors, and lead retail expansion from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the retail journey at inception. You’ll develop and execute the commercial strategy, pitch to UK retail giants, and explore new channels, including supermarkets, foodservice, travel, and convenience sectors.
This is a blank-slate opportunity to build something lasting within a well-resourced international food business with multiple global manufacturing facilities, a robust supply chain, and innovation capabilities.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience selling ambient/snacking products into UK retail (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, etc.)
* Experience with own brand and private label
* A hunter mindset — you enjoy building from zero and thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment
