Role – SAP TRM Senior Consultant
SAP Skills
1. 6-8 years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
2. Experience in at least two full lifecycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
3. Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology.
4. Ability to lead workstream activities on projects.
5. Knowledge of integration between modules.
6. Experience in detailed module-specific configuration and master data development.
7. Proficiency in using Service Marketplace for ticket creation, research, release notes review, and providing guidance on release strategy.
8. Overall 6-8 years of experience with TRM project implementations.
9. Expertise in SAP TRM.
10. Experience architecting TRM and PSCD solutions for government/public sector organizations.
11. Experience leading requirement gathering workshops, business blueprint preparation, solution design, and functional specifications.
12. Knowledge of data migration processes.
13. Leadership experience in full cycle implementations is highly desirable.
14. Understanding of Tax Authority business processes and legislation.
15. Exposure to multiple implementation methodologies like ASAP, Activate, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.
Responsibilities
1. Functional solution responsibilities related to SAP TRM.
2. Understanding business processes and challenges, applying SAP standard processes.
3. Supporting project planning, deliverable specification, and effort estimation.
4. Client interaction and management during workshops and meetings.
5. Leading or supporting requirement gathering workshops, ensuring all requirements are captured.
6. Identifying gaps and potential scope changes with clients.
7. Supporting project managers with scope and effort estimations.
8. Conducting meetings, providing updates to clients and team members.
9. Documenting risks and mitigation strategies.
10. Supporting project deliverables and lifecycle documentation.
11. Monitoring progress and taking actions to prevent delays.
12. Leading demo or PoC preparations and conducting business process demonstrations.
13. Participating in resource interviews for team deployment.
14. Recommending business process improvements.
15. Providing estimates for change requests.
16. Ensuring solution delivery without escalations.
17. Prioritizing project success and supporting management.
18. Maintaining professional ethics and culture.
19. Participating in peer reviews and practice activities.
20. Supporting strategy and roadmap development.
21. Proactively communicating delays and seeking mitigation.
22. Participating in recruitment and mentoring team members.
23. Designing and developing new TRM solutions.
