Offer description

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to join us as an eCommerce Consultant (Business Development Manager).

You will proactively look for new clients to bring to Visualsoft. You will demonstrate – and ultimately sell – our award-winning services, including eCommerce website build and replatform services, and a suite of digital marketing services such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Creative Media, Marketplaces and Affiliates. Taking a consultative approach to drive sales.

Duties & responsibilities

New Business Development

1. Identify key strategic prospects for Visualsoft to partner with
2. Research the prospect to have relevant and meaningful conversations with them
3. Nurture and develop relationships with key partners/prospects until a live opportunity is identified
4. Use industry knowledge to spot and maximise any opportunity to bring on new business
5. Work towards targets and set KPIs on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
6. Understand a prospect’s pain points through consultative discovery meetings to confidently recommend appropriate solutions to their challenges
7. Compile proposals based on discovery and insight to recommend the right solution to present to the prospect

Department KPIs

8. To achieve the agreed Monthly Recurring Revenue target
9. Achieve the monthly prospect meetings target
10. Achieve the self-generated proposal target
11. Align goals to the business's overarching goals/objectives
12. Support the departmental goals. Develop and agree on, and achieve set objectives.

Requirements

13. Sales experience, ideally selling eCommerce and digital marketing solutions.
14. Proficiency in sales methodologies such as BANT and MEDDPICC.
15. Successful and proven track record of prospecting for new clients.
16. Experienced in face to face selling to all levels of the business, including senior-level stakeholders.
17. Proven track record in over achieving targets.
18. Someone who is keen to learn new skills and will actively seek out opportunities for personal development.
19. Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team as well as working autonomously.
20. Must be able to keep accurate records on the progress of all open and closed deals.
21. Full UK Driving licence

Desirable

22. Working knowledge of Hubspot and Similarweb.
23. Google Analytics certified.
