We're now hiring part-time care staff in Preston who want to care with heart – and work somewhere that respects it.
The Role – What You'll Do:
* Work 2–3 full days a week (between 8am–9pm with breaks)
* OR choose half-day shifts to suit your lifestyle
* Support a small group of regular clients – no endless call-hopping
* Provide thoughtful care for people living with:
* Dementia
* Chronic illness
* Learning disabilities
* Mental health conditions
* End-of-life care
* Make time for what matters – not just tasks, but genuine connection
What You'll Need:
* A driving licence and your own car
* Either care experience or a genuine desire to learn and make a difference
* A warm, dependable nature and a heart for people
What We Offer:
* Pay up to £12.50 per hour, with increases based on loyalty, skill and contribution
* Mileage reimbursed (if over 10 miles per day)
* Training and shadowing (fully paid)
* DBS refunded after three months
* A small, friendly team led by people with nursing and social work backgrounds
