About the role
* As an experienced Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting Wealth Planners to deliver high-quality holistic financial advice
* Conduct detailed research across pensions, protection, investments, tax planning and wider financial planning areas to support client outcomes
* Prepare tailored, client-focused suitability reports and technical documentation in line with regulatory and compliance standards
* Provide complex technical input to support the end-to-end advice process
* Carry out accurate calculations and financial modelling, including cashflow analysis, to support recommendations
* Draft clear, compliant and client-appropriate communications
About you
* Minimum Level 4 qualification (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a paraplanning role within a financial planning or wealth management environment
* Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and taxation
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* Proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving ability
* Strong awareness of compliance and commitment to delivering good client outcomes
