You will play a key role in helping pupils with a range of needs - including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning needs - access education in a way that supports both their academic progress and emotional wellbeing.

Your Role Will Include:
* Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils with additional needs
* Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
* Delivering targeted interventions set by the class teacher or SENCO
* Promoting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
* Adapting learning materials to meet individual needs
* Supporting pupils during transitions and unstructured times
* Helping to create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Pay & Hours
* £88.95 - £105 per day (dependent on experience)
* Monday to Friday, term-time only
* Typical hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
What We're Looking For
* Graduates or aspiring educators with a strong interest in SEND
* Patient, empathetic, and emotionally resilient individuals
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive and calm approach to behaviour support
* Experience working with children or young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, care, mentoring) is highly desirable
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
