Looking to start a new TA role this September? Whether you're supporting phonics in EYFS or helping with behaviour management in KS2, we’re looking for Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to join our friendly, hardworking schools across The North Leeds area.

The Role – What to Expect:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of the classroom team — helping to deliver lessons, support pupils one-on-one or in small groups, and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Your day could include:
1. Supporting teaching staff during lessons
2. Running literacy or numeracy interventions
3. Helping students with additional needs to access learning
4. Preparing classroom resources and displays
5. Promoting positive behaviour and engagement across the school day
6. Supporting students’ emotional wellbeing and development
✅ Ideal Candidates Will Have:
7. A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) REQUIRED
8. Experience working in a UK school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
9. Great communication skills and the ability to work well with both staff and students
10. Flexibility, initiative, and a warm, nurturing approach
11. A current DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply)
