We are looking to add a Pharmaceutical Customer Service Assistant to join this busy and fast-paced team. You will be responsible for managing customer orders and enquiries and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our products and services and contribute to our business growth and customer satisfaction. As a Pharmaceutical Customer Service Assistant your responsibilities will include, though will not be limited to: Process customer orders and invoices for unlicensed medicines in a timely and accurate manner. Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and online platforms. Maintain and update customer records and databases. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines for unlicensed medicines. Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. Working well as part of a busy team .and building relationships with customers. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices and forward the information to the Quality Assurance department for investigation. To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate: Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
