Are you a creative graduate with a passion for design and marketing? Spectrum is looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to join our team and help bring our brand to life, both externally and internally.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work across all parts of our business, supporting our sales team, maintaining our website and keeping it fresh, HR initiatives and internal events. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, culture, and innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
* Designing graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, and print.
* Supporting website updates and visual content creation.
* Creating internal marketing materials for HR campaigns (e.g. onboarding, wellbeing).
* Designing assets for internal events and culture-building initiatives.
* Collaborating with marketing and HR teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Helping maintain design templates and libraries.
What We're Looking For
* A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related creative field.
* A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic video editing tools is a plus.
* A keen eye for detail, layout, and typography.
* A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
