Permanent Sales Administrator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator, to join a well established Southampton Based company. The successful applicant will need to have prior experience of working in a Sales Administration role, ideally from a Manufacturing / Engineering background or similar. The role offering an excellent salary of up to £25,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
The duties of the position include:
1. Planning, managing and organising of sales admin department
2. Account Openings and Credit Checks
3. Invoicing with customers
4. Managing customer orders and ensuring correct delivery times
5. Answering customer queries and responding in an efficient and timely manner.
6. Assisting with Sales Forecasts, working directly with the Sales Team.
7. Developing new opportunities with existing customers
8. Maintain customer relationship and highlight any potential problems.
9. Identifying and managing particular markets for the Sales Team
