Were recruiting a Junior Digital / eLearning Content Designer to support the creation and maintenance of engaging, accessible digital learning content within a busy, purpose-driven organisation.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, changing direction, or returning to work, who wants to build hands‑on experience in digital learning design.
Key Responsibilities
* Designing and developing digital learning modules and micro‑learning content
* Building and updating materials using eLearning authoring tools
* Applying learning design principles to create clear, accessible content
* Collaborating with colleagues and subject matter experts
* Reviewing and improving existing learning resources
About You
* Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or similar)
* Understanding of SCORM and learning management systems
* Strong attention to detail and structured approach to content
* Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
* Interest in inclusive and accessible digital learning
