Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Support Worker – Southport Town Centre
Full time | Permanent

Love a challenge and making a difference? Join our vibrant team in Southport, where every day is unique and rewarding.

In this service, we support 10 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live independently in their own flats. Some individuals may display behaviours that challenge — and that’s where your resilience, empathy, experience and creativity shine.

What you’ll do:

18. Build meaningful relationships
19. Support with daily routines, personal care, and fun activities
20. Help people achieve long-term goals and enjoy life to the fullest

What we’re looking for:

21. Positive, proactive, and caring people
22. Experience with autism or behaviour that challenges is a big plus
23. Drivers welcome, but not essential
24. Staff who are available for day shifts (between 8am - 10pm) and sleepovers, including some weekends
