As a Remote Data Administrator, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the firm’s data integrity and supporting advisers and operations through accurate data input, reporting, and system management. Your attention to detail and strong technical skills will help streamline processes, enhance internal data quality, and contribute to the delivery of excellent client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate client and policy data within Intelligent Office (IO)
* Input, update, and validate financial planning data and documentation
* Use Excel to manage datasets, generate reports, and support MI requirements
* Assist advisers and support staff with data queries and system navigation
* Monitor data accuracy and identify inconsistencies or discrepancies
* Support with workflow management, task allocation, and tracking
* Help streamline processes and contribute to improvements in data management
* Produce and update documentation and reports for management as required
To be considered you will need:
* Experience in a data administration or support role within financial planning, wealth management, or an IFA environment
* Strong Excel skills (formulas, data validation, pivot tables desirable)
* Confident user of Intelligent Office (IO)
* Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage workload remotely and work collaboratively with wider teams
