Trust Housing Association invites candidates to apply for Housing Care Worker positions based in Calton, Glasgow. These roles are designed to support tenants to maintain as much independence as possible.
Responsibilities
* Assist tenants with meal delivery and support in the dining room.
* Provide occasional kitchen duties and support as required.
* Ensure tenants receive the support outlined in their personal plans.
* Collaborate with housing and support teams.
Qualifications and Experience
* Appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community.
* Understanding of the needs of older or vulnerable tenants.

* Competitive hourly rate of £14.04.
* Three posts available: 36.75 hrs, 32 hrs, and 25.25 hrs per week.
* Shift patterns discussed at interview; all posts require working alternate weekends.
