About the Role
We are currently recruiting for the position of Principal Occupational Therapist, a key role in driving transformation and improvement within adult social care. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of growth and innovation as we collaborate to implement CQC standards and deliver enhanced outcomes for our communities.
You will:
1. Provide professional leadership and oversight for Occupational Therapy practice.
2. Lead and support service transformation and continuous improvement, aligned to CQC requirements.
3. Influence and embed quality, safety and outcome‑focused practice.
4. Work collaboratively across Adult Social Care, health, housing and wider system partners to deliver joined‑up solutions.
5. Support the development and capability of OT professionals, promoting innovation and evidence‑based practice.
What We’re Looking For
You will be a confident, visible and values‑led leader with the ability to influence at senior level.
You will have:
6. HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
7. Significant experience in advanced or senior leadership roles.
8. Proven ability to lead service transformation and improvement.
9. Strong understanding of CQC standards and adult social care frameworks.
10. Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
