Your Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
* Teach small bespoke class groups of up to 6 pupils, supported by a Teaching Assistant.
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students.
* Assess, monitor, and report on the learning progress of your pupils.
* Adapt your teaching methods to inspire and motivate students.
* Prepare learners for external tests and ensure they meet high standards.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
* Successful teaching experience, particularly in delivering qualifications up to GCSE.
* Experience in teaching KS3/KS4 and knowledge of the National Curriculum.
* A good understanding of effective teaching strategies and how children learn.
* The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and adapt teaching to meet their needs.
* Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices.
* Good ICT skills to support learning.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time, term-time only position with a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £39,520. The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by the Polaris Community.
