You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Cygnet Broughton House.
Broughton House is a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge.
We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.
Broughton House is divided into five living areas, designed to support individuals within smaller environments.
The main building accommodates nine individuals, while both the Coach House and The Flat each provide space for four individuals.
Additionally, two separate properties on-site, Sutton House and Sandbeck House, are each arranged for six individuals.
Your day-to-day… Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs Report on medical & welfare needs as required Safeguard Maintain a safe, clean environment for all Why Cygnet?
