We have a 12month Fixed Term Estates Coordinator position available to join our team, with genuine potential for extension.
Hybrid role with a salary starting from £30,000 + £3,000 car allowance & 10% performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities
This is a reactive and handson role, supporting the daily management and smooth running of 19 properties across the Norfolk & Waveney region. Responsibilities include:
* Being the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, and contractors across your portfolio
* Attending sites across the patch as required to manage issues, customer queries and estaterelated concerns
* Coordinating planned and reactive works, ensuring activities are completed safely and efficiently
* Building strong relationships with customers and contractors, handling issues with professionalism and confidence
* Supporting compliance, general FM administration and daytoday operational needs
* Working collaboratively with your fellow Estates Coordinator to ensure consistent regional coverage
* A full driving licence is essential.
* No specific FM experience is required however a customercentric, peoplefocused approach is essential

Where you’ll be
Your hub location will be County Hall, Norwich, with travel across your sites in Norwich, Lowestoft, Beccles and the wider Suffolk area.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility depending on site needs.
