About the Team You'll Join Youll join a friendly and supportive Facilities team of five people. What You'll Be Doing With training and support, youll gradually take ownership of your responsibilities, including: Helping keep office spaces clean, organised, and ready for use Setting up meeting rooms for teams and visitors Supporting basic maintenance tasks and reporting any issues Managing access passes for staff, visitors, and contractors Booking maintenance requests using simple systems Working with cleaning and maintenance providers to ensure standards are met Supporting health & safety activities and keeping records up to date Helping with office events and general day-to-day tasks Providing occasional reception cover when needed You may also travel between nearby office locations from time to time, depending on business needs. Youll never be expected to know everything straight away -learning and asking questions is encouraged.
