We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and supportive school in Beaconsfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner who is passionate about supporting pupil progress and working closely with teaching staff.
The Role
* Deliver planned lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher
* Support learning across the curriculum, working with individuals, small groups, and whole classes
* Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Uphold safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds a recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Has previous experience working in a UK primary or secondary school
* Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
* Is proactive, flexible, and committed to supporting pupil achievement
* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
