Title: Senior Software Engineer
Salary: £60,000- £70,000 D.O.E

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Software Engineer to join an innovative team delivering mission-critical software systems for a process of national importance. This is a permanent full-time position offering the chance to work on cutting-edge projects with a mix of on-site collaboration (Milton Keynes area) and remote work.
About You
You're a dynamic problem solver with a strong mathematical or technical background, likely holding a degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. You thrive in collaborative environments, guiding teams to deliver complex IT solutions while continuously learning and applying the latest technologies.

* Hands-on experience in application design, full-stack development, and API integration.
* Proficiency in back-end technologies (Java, Python) and front-end frameworks (React, vanilla JavaScript).
* Expertise in secure DevOps practices, containerisation (Docker), and Agile methodologies.
* Strong relational database knowledge and Open-Source software integration skills.
* Exceptional communication and documentation abilities.
